Ready to experience the island’s newest haunted interactive attraction? Nightmare On Seaview is a one night only walk thru Haunted House Experience like no other, featuring live actors and theatrical rooms tapping into the spirits that already lurk over the abanodoned Seaview Hospital next door! Tickets are extremely limited, only 500 to be sold, and may be purchased below. Guests will receive a ticket via email which they must present at the gate to be scanned for admission. All guests must review the warning below. Anyone who does not conform to our disclaimers will be refused entry without refund.

The GRACE Foundation is proud to present the island’s newest haunted attraction: Nightmare On Seaview! This professionally built walk through haunted house experience will feature live actors, theatrical effects, strobe lighting and more. There are five time slots to choose from. Please make your selection below when purchasing tickets. Only 500 tickets will be sold. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your admission time. Please also be sure to read our disclaimer below regarding entry. Ticket prices will increase from $20 per person to $25 per person October 1st. All proceeds raised to benefit programs at The GRACE Foundation. You MUST select your admission time before making your purchase.
WARNING & DISCLAIMER
- This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, special effects, and sudden actions. You should NOT ENTER this haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, are prone to seizures, have physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, are pregnant or suffer any form of mental disease including claustrophobia.
- DO NOT ENTER: the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by our staff.
- DO NOT ENTER: IF YOU SUFFER FROM – ASTHMA – HEART CONDITIONS – SEIZURES OR ANY TYPE OF MENTAL, PHYSICAL, RESPIRATORY AND OR MEDICAL PROBLEMS.
- DO NOT smoke, run, eat or drink inside the attraction. Additionally there is no touching of the actors, customers, or props inside the attraction. No video or flash photography may be taken inside the attraction. You will not be admitted and asked to leave the property if any of rules are not followed.
- Purchaser of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction holder agrees to release the operator, it’s parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors and employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location
