50/50 Box Board Raffle

Enter our 50/50 box board raffle to win up to $5,000! Boxes are $100 each and only 100 boxes will be sold.  Drawing will be held live at our Giving Tuesday event at Italianissimo on December 2nd.  Winner need not be present to win. Those who purchase online will NOT receive a physical ticket, rather your name will written on our board the night of the event.  Please select your box board number using the form below.  Numbers in red are already sold.

MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE.  ONLINE RAFFLE SALES WILL END DECEMBER 1ST. ANY REMAINING BOXES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN PERSON AT OUR EVENT. IF 100 BOXES ARE SOLD, PRIZE IS $5,000 OTHERWISE AMOUNT WON WILL BE BASED ON BOXES SOLD.
