Our Mission
The GRACE Foundation provides innovative and progressive programs and services for individuals impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Each and every day we pride ourselves on embracing the incredible capabilities and talents of our participants. Our mission is to support, educate and enhance the quality of life for children, teens, young adults and their families who face unique challenges every day.
The GRACE Foundation
Our Story
In 2000, GRACE was formed by four parents who created the organization around a kitchen table — brainstorming ideas for children and young adults diagnosed with ASD. Today, GRACE consists of Community Habilitation, In-Home Respite, Site-Based Respite such as Social Skills, Performing Arts Programs, gym, bowling, Music and Movement and Summer activities to name just a few. GRACE has a Day Habilitation without Walls Program.
These founding parents, nearly twenty years later, are still part of the GRACE family and continue to provide financial support through various special events and activities.
Whether GRACE is encouraging responsible choices, artistic talent, life skills, physical/team activities, or promoting heightened social abilities and communication skills, we strive to impart self-esteem, opportunity and dignity in all that we offer. Additionally, GRACE continuously supports our local community by helping others in need.
Throughout the years, GRACE has become a family. All of our participants and their loved ones look forward to experiencing the warm, empowering ethic and supportive belief system we provide. It is our sincerest goal to seek every positive avenue that will continue to make all things possible for those we proudly serve.
